All aboard!

Step back in history when you ride our new Civil War Special. This steam-powered trip departs on June 20 at 6 p.m.

Union Soldiers will board our train and interact with you as we travel up the line toward an encampment. Once we arrive at the encampment, riders will be able to deboard. Who knows? There might even be a simulated Blue and Gray skirmish waiting to happen. If so, a cannon may be present with blanks. Afterward, you will have the chance to explore the encampment and get up close and personal with this American history. This is sure to be a fun experience you won’t want to miss.

Please note before coming… 

1. With potential simulated combat, there may be loud noises.

2. This train will not be wheelchair accessible.

3. Please plan on arriving no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Upon arrival, please come inside the depot and pick up hard copies of your tickets. Your confirmation is not a ticket and you must have paper tickets to board the train.

4. The train is scheduled to leave promptly at 6 p.m.  Passengers should arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the departure. 

5. We reserve the right to adjust our schedules as well as change motive power without advance warning.

6. Soft drinks and food are permitted on board.
