Enjoy an elegant meal on board a train for Valentine’s!

We invite you to enjoy an evening of fine dining on our beautifully appointed Hocking Valley Scenic Railway Dinner Train as it travels through Southeast Ohio backcountry. We have Valentine’s Day Dinner Trains at 6 p.m. Feb. 14 and 2 p.m on the 15th.

The Hocking Valley Scenic Railway Dinner Train is a 3-hour, round trip excursion through historic Southeast Ohio back-country from Nelsonville to East Logan and return. Our friends from Oliver Farms prepare a four-course dinner in-route that is served throughout the trip. This is a unique and memorable evening! Tickets are $95 per person. Advance reservations are required. Menu options below.

*Parties with separate reservations but wanting to sit together need to let us know.

NOTE: Due to the antiquity of our dinner cars, our dinner cars are not wheelchair accessible.

Please note before coming… 

1. Upon arrival, please come inside the depot and pick up hard copies of your tickets. Your confirmation is not a ticket and you must have paper tickets to board the train.

2. The trains are scheduled to leave promptly at their scheduled departure times. Passengers should arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the departure.

3. We reserve the right to adjust our schedules as well as change motive power without advance warning.
