Santa Trains are very popular, subject to sell-out, and
reservations are highly recommended.
All cars in the train are heated.
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted on the ride but not
served.
Smoking is not permitted on any part of train at any time.
Only certified guide/service dogs accompanying passengers with
disabilities are permitted on the train.
The train runs regardless of the weather.
Train schedules are adhered to as closely as possible but we
reserve the right to adjust them.
Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure will be
assessed a 10% fee of the total purchase.
Convenience fees are nonrefundable.
