Cancellations must at least 72 hours prior to departure time. Deposits may be required and are not refundable. Cancellations made after the seventy-two-hour limit will be charged the amount of the reservation. Cancellations can be made by calling 800-967-7834 and leaving a message or calling (740) 753-9531 Saturday-Sunday. If your group is going to be more than ten minutes late, you or a group representative must call the Depot at (740) 753-9531. Payments can be made by check, money order, voucher, purchase order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prior negotiated prices will not change unless agreed to by all parties involved. |
