Charter Trains
Plan a special train ride for 40 or more riders. Tour buses are welcome. Parking is always free. The bus driver and tour group guide ride free. Selected cars on the train are handicap accessible.
Charter (extra) trains must be arranged at least one month in advance.
Groups on regularly-scheduled trains must be reserved at least two weeks in advance.
Either leave a message at 800-967-7834 or call 740-753-9531 on weekends to make arrangements.

Cancellations must at least be made
72 hours prior to departure time. Deposits may be required and are not refundable. Cancellations made after the seventy-two-hour limit will be charged the amount of the reservation. Cancellations can be made by calling 800-967-7834 and leaving a message or calling (740) 753-9531 Saturday-Sunday. If your group is going to be more than
ten minutes late, you or a group representative must call the Depot at (740) 753-9531. Payments can be made by check, money order, voucher, purchase order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prior negotiated prices will not change unless agreed to by all parties involved. |
